same lu rou fan from my last visit, a chia yi chicken rice and a bittergourd chicken soup.

xy said the lu rou fan tasted like the canned bak tng. 😂 the chicken rice was lacklustre. a random chicken rice in any kopitiam trumps this even if they are at the same price point. the tw sausage which we added on was not bad though. taste of nostalgia. the soup was quite nice. kinda homely.

somehow today's experience came out vastly different compared to the previous visit. or perhaps yyx treated me the previous meal so i did not feel the pain. 😅 thanks yyx! -
