Just thinking about the legendary chilli that I had twelve beancurd puffs ago from Ah Heng Curry Chicken Bee Hoon Mee (@ahhengccm), a chilli so deep, smoky and intense that chimneys would wave white flags in surrender.

I’m not used to eating spicy food because I’m always breaking out in sweat.
