Tasting notes of black garlic, kaffir leaves, lime, chive oil etc. Miso ice cream lightens up the texture, black garlic paste adds in a little tang.

This tartare was absolutely phenomenal, giving a different oomph and mouthfeel when paired with the various sauces on the plate.

My friend described it as โ€œhaving the starter, main course and dessert all at onceโ€.
