Pan-seared seabass served on a bed of ratatouille and basil emulsion.
Shitake & truffle pasta ($3.90) for an appetizer which consisted of braised shiitake, truffle oil, garlic chips and capellini.
Pan-fried foie gras ($16) with toasted brioche and cranberry compote.
Sous vide spring chicken ($15.50): half spring chicken with sautéed mushrooms and bacon and a side of mashed potatoes, which I changed to salad instead!
Beef bourguignon ($19): beef shin braised in red wine, served with carrots, smoked bacon, mushrooms and mashed potato.
Not sure if you guys remembered the little french restaurant I was raving about just last week!
