With 3 different cookie base to choose from and a wide array of ice cream flavours, we opted for the Matcha Lava Cookie topped with a single scoop of Brown Butter Ice Cream for $8.50.

The brown butter ice cream was not overly sweet and it did not overpower the matcha lava. The cookie pairs well with both the ice cream and the matcha and as it is a soft cookie, it kind of tasted a little like cake.
