Wasn’t sure what to expect when it came as skewers but this was also good! Well-crusted with fragrant spiced rub, incredibly crispy and melt-in-the-mouth pork cheeks. The madras mustard was tangy and slightly spicy and the refreshing pickles goes very well together as a great side dish!
