One more platter of roast duck and soy sauce chicken rice...for safe measure, they say.

Firm and juicy, just as all meats should be.

Of braised stuffed tofu in claypot, deep-fried fish fillet with sweetcorn sauce, and salt and pepper squid.

Seriously good roast duck at the famous Four Seasons in Bayswater.
