My other must-order dish at Ding Tai Fung apart from their Xiao Long Baos (little soup dumplings).
This thickened soup with generous amounts of shredded pork, bamboo shoots, soft tofu and black fungus mushrooms, seasoned with black cracked pepper and plenty of spring onions. The Hot & Sour part can be adjusted to your preference with the chilli oil and black vinegar provided (usually available tableside but now served upon request due to the Pandemic).
Comfort food at its best!
