So excited that Shake Shack is now in Singapore! We tried two of their burgers, the first being their ShackBurger ($9.20) which honestly tastes better than it looks. On first glance, it looks ordinary but then you bite into it and it all melts into your mouth- bouncy potato buns, the juicy Angus beef patty and their signature secret sauce which gives me barbeque sauce vibes! The other burger, my fave, is their ‘Shroom Burger ($10.80). I’ve not had a good veggie burger in a while but this one was amazing! It’s basically fried portobello mushroom filled with a variation of cheeses and served in a potato bun. Get your instastories ready for that boomerang-worthy moment when the cheese oooozes out! For drinks I recommend trying their ShackMeister Ale which was exclusively brewed for Shake Shack. It’s citrus-y and a little bitter- a perfect pairing for your meaty burgers! We also tried their Pandan Shake($7.80), a Singapore exclusive, if you really like kaya, this one is for you because it’s vanilla and pandan and coconut with Gula Melaka. Really unique but a little too sweet for my taste!
