It was unfortunate the food turned out to be charred. It was very disappointing. We didn't feedback about the charredness because we already feedback about the long waiting time as we saw other tables got their food way earlier than us though we ordered around at the same time. The only saving grace is pretty yummy tomato soup that comes along with sandwiches. Well, I believe this is just a one time off incident!
