There's something about sliders that I love.

Octopus in chorizo oil so tender it's unbelievable, a Mediterranean version of seafood sashimi with a mix of Ikura and mashed potato to taste.

The most yummy dinner I've had in a while at Tapas 39 (the bar located at the first level of Club 39, Duxton hill) - octopus, chorizo oil, Ikura and mash!
