What can I say about this! It's definitely one of my favourite mains I had among all the other delicious mains in this place, this lamb shank are falling-off-the-bone tender and juicy. The broth/sauce from the lamb shank dish absorbed the essence of the collagen from the lamb shanks and making it tasting exceptionally good and thick!
