I love the crust that was light, crunchy, and not greasy. As for the meat choices, I like this premium loin cut for its juiciness and tenderness.

I was told that they use Sangenton Pork air flown from Japan and that each piece of loin was tenderised and breaded only upon order. The crust was made using fresh bread crumbs, and Chef Tan-San uses a special technique to drain off the oil from all Katsu as much as possible to rid the greasiness.

I also love the tonjiru soup which came in the set, it has a strong taste of yuzu. And don't forget the cabbages! You get free flow rice and cabbage, and I asked for my refill of cabbages twice :)
