🍴 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐥𝐞 - breakfast for dinner because why not 😂. Loved the generous variety of ingredients - soft scrambled eggs, avocado, truffle mushrooms, crispy grilled bacon, and salad leaves. Their waffle wasn’t the crispy kind but more of a soft, moist version with a slight tang that paired really well with the ingredients. We were somewhat confused by the presence of butter and berry jam and felt that they didn’t quite go with the waffles and other ingredients. That said, the berry jam was a lovely sweet-sour mix of various berries.

𝐋𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫 - this was a visual beast with its huge patty and fried egg sandwiched between a sesame bagel. We liked that the egg yolk was still oozy as well as the addition of sweet caramelized onions. However, we would have liked for more onions or some form of sauce as the patty itself lacked seasoning and was too oily. The sourdough bagel was dense which helped to balance out the greasy meat but was lacking the slight sweetness and tang we expect from a sourdough bagel. It was also a tad hard and dry.

𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞 - made with single-origin beans from local roaster @2degreesnorth, it was a smooth and enjoyable cup. We enjoyed the creamy mouthfeel and could taste hints of chocolate and nutty notes. While we liked that it was not too bitter or acidic, it was more of an easy-to-drink white coffee that lacked the more unique floral/ fruity fun profiles that we personally always look out for. Bonus points to the gorgeous latte art though!

They also offer tea from @theteastorysg at a relatively affordable price (given the use of two tea bags), and a range of cakes.
