The strawberry cream cheese itself isn’t very sweet as the cheese flavour was slightly stronger. It’s the marshmallows and strawberry syrup that elevates the level of sweetness. Luckily there’s buttery flaky puff pastry crust to create some flavour contrast and make the tart taste less gerlat (rich).
