My teached said that it was jugging method.. To cure the meat in a jug for several months then.. Take out the liquid to thicken sauce with the blood haha..

Hhahaha ;9 usually kitchen ppl are on shift so commonly in a day needs 8-10 hours only with 1hour break. And having break 1 day from a week āŗš.. Since u love cooking now, u must post more ur cooking dish let me give two thumbs on ur dish hahahaa
