Gravy-soaked rice topped with braised pork belly and toppings such as ajitsuke tamago (ramen egg), pressed tofu (tau kwa), tofu puff (tau pok), shiitake mushroom, black fungus and vegetables served in old-school tin enamel bowl 》$5

The long hours of braising result in a soft and firm braised pork belly which simply melts in your mouth with every bite. The gravy is thick and not salty. Unlike the usual hard-boiled egg, they serve ramen egg over here. This is simply comforting and satisfying but do expect to spend some time queuing for it.
