thats how we roll at HK's 7 degrees. steamed egg noodles tossed with fatty marinated chopped chickens was rustic but oh so darn good in that simplicity. again, take a moment to imagine all these essence of seafood goodness that we ordered (flower crab, deep sea prawns, red grouper), sauce of marinated chicken and finally the chicken oil of its own flowing down below the steam plate as they steam to cook up something even more hearty. aww, later that view that greeted me when the plate was lifted up....
