Nestled in the hawker centre opposite Yio Chu Kang Community Centre, this stall is hard to miss with long queues during peak hours. The seafood white beehoon (which consists of prawns & clams) comes in 3 sizes; my friend and I got the medium one but the amount of beehoon was more suited for 3 (or 2 ravenous humans). Not complaining though, because they were pretty generous with the prawns & clams 😌

While the prawns we had were not very fresh (the shells stuck to the meat), the clams were fine and the beehoon was actually pretty good! Soft but not so soggy that they would break apart upon picking them up, the beehoon was well-infused with the seafood-enriched stock and a spoonful of that topped with a piece of fried pork lard will probably send you to foodie heavens. The entire dish, however, could've been better with a stronger wok hei flavour.

Two other items from the menu were crayfish white beehoon and crab white beehoon, albeit at a higher price.
