These ‘one-bite gyozas’ are so cute I could just gobble them up!

Gyoza chips with mentaiko salmon & tuna - the ‘chips’ were quite tough, but the filling itself was tasty enough 😋

Got the mazesoba chasiu from Uma Uma Ramen as I didn't feel like slurping hot broth.

We ordered the classic Uma Uma Ramen which consists of Hakata-style thin ramen noodles submerged in this delicious and rich Tonkotsu Broth with charsiew, spring onions, black fungus and egg, You can find a dollop of spicy miso on the charsiew.
