8 Colour Set version 2.0 - Tried 8 different types of marinated Mangalitsa pork belly - Original, Pine, Green Tea, Yucha (Yuzu), Plum, Blackberry, Honey Ginger & Kalbi. For the best belly experience, one should start from the lightest to the heaviest flavour, ie, start with Original & end with Kalbi.

My favourite(s) gotta be the Pine, Yucha & Honey Ginger! Belly good!

Each 8 colour set is good for 3-4 pax to share and is priced at S$98, inclusive of a normal stew & banchan (side dishes). Very worth it cause we are talking about the "Kobe beef" of pork here. Plus, there are servers to help grill the meats for you. Best part of all, there is little or no smell when you step out of the place. Which is a plus point cos I can't stand smelling like a walking BBQ pork after a Korean BBQ session.

Don't like pork? 8 Korean BBQ also serves Kagoshima Wagyu and USDA Prime beef in various cuts.

Fun Fact: Although the Mangalitsa pig looks fat & woolly, its diet is actually very healthy (fresh acorns, pumpkin & sugar beet). Its meat contains high levels of zinc, copper iron, oleic acid and unsaturated fatty acids, making it easier to digest. Lower in cholesterol too! Eat more Mangalitsa pork! Good for you!
