I love the burgers here, the patty is prime-quality, thick and super juicy. I always order mine medium rare. Even better, they use real bread buns and not brioche.

Black Tap also fries a good chip. The chips here are fat and soft, like the plump fingers of a privileged adolencent boy. This type of chip is known as an “Idaho fry” in American lingo.
