Top tier - chicken marinated using 3 types of miso over 48 hours. Second tier - bara chirashi with raw fishes such as tuna, scallops and amber jack. Really sweet fishes with fresh and firm ikura that are actually sweet. Last tier - seaweed and a wooden gadget for rolling your own sushi roll. It's fun, feel free to ask for more seaweed.

As with every other dishes here, these won't be over seasoned hence you won't find them mindblowingly shiok. However, it's comforting to to savour the chirashi at the homely and serene environment here.
