This Lunar New Year, fans of stalwart Cantonese restaurant @joydenconcepts are presented with a repertoire of reunion set menus showcasing appetising yam and duck creations. Specially-curated by the restaurant’s talented team of chefs, two sumptuous set menus; a six-course (from $288) to an eight-course (from $688) menu, are also available for dine-in from 2 January to 5 February 2023.

🧧Crispy Yam with Salmon Prosperity ‘Yu Sheng’ 脆芋三文鱼生($68)
Consists of velvety slices of salmon, yam strips, julienne carrots, pomelo and crushed roasted peanuts complete with a piquant plum sauce.
🧧Traditional Braised Eight Treasure Duck 古法八宝鸭 ($108)
Braised for 2.5 hours, the duck is stuffed with ingredients such as water chestnut, chestnut, shiitake mushroom, lotus seed, lily bulb, ginkgo, roast pork and garlic, cloaked in a luscious oyster-based sauce.

🧧Crispy Homemade Yam Ring with Pork Loin & Fresh Scallops in XO Sauce 佛锛飘香 ($48).
A crispy yam ring consisting of pork loin, scallops, cashew nuts, asparagus, shiitake mushrobell peppers stir-fried in a robust XO sauce.
