One heck of a damn good sushi roll: sweet shreds of crabmeat and crunchy tempura flaked tucked into rice, draped with snapper sashimi, and dressed with yuzu and truffle sauce.

That dressing was THE BOMB. Never expected citrusy yuzu to go with truffle oil, but it was magical.
