My maiden taste of The Ice Cream Co.'s ice-cream cookie occurred at the Creatory event. It was going for only $6 so there was no reason not to. I decided on the Toasted Marshmallow from the three available variants. What I liked best was the ice-cream itself - it's a generous solid block of frozen vanilla deliciousness. Clasping it were two soft and chewy cookies, fragrant with brown sugar and a hint of cinnamon. I'd say they formed a satisfying (and filling!) combo that worked nicely.
