Felt that the soufflé pancakes here are not too bad; being one of the cheapest around the island at $6.80, the soufflé pancakes were not quite as eggy as those from other places, but still warm and jiggly nonetheless — relatively light and fluffy. Coming with the same pearls that are served with their bubble tea, the pearls gave the dessert a slight sweetness and chewiness, while the Chantilly Cream helps to provide a creamy texture without being overly sweet as well. Not the best, but still satisfying for the price if one does not mind the wait.
