Sashimi (tuna, yellowtail, flounder) were very fresh and fun to have - they serve you three different dips, the soy sauce, ponzu sauce and a special homemade chilli sauce! Got to say I was a bit skeptical of the chilli but it paired nicely to offer a light kick without overpowering. Remember to use Burpple Beyond when you’re here, you can choose from their meat steak, seafood or agemono dishes for one-for-one.
