A fun fact at this place is, there are a lot of Chinese restaurant that serve with different types of food, steamboats, bak kut teh or steamed fish, but still every restaurant are full of people. Sin Kie is a family oriented restaurant that people will ordered steamed fish or chicken, but only some people knew that their signature is actually Cantonese Yuan Yang. The photo above is served for 3 pax, was purposely ordered this as appetizer before the feast begin. Usually people will noticed that the noodles might be overcooked and it taste burnt, or the sauce might not enough and eventually it dried up. But as you can see from the photo, large size, enough of sauces and well-cooked noodles, it comes with a conclusion, you'll finish everything on the plate !
