Second burnt cheesecake I’ve tried. The first was at The Tokyo Restaurant. This one has lesser cheesy taste in comparison, but still good. The cream that came with the cake has sea salt in it, which is quite interesting. When it’s mixed with the cheesecake, it gives a twist to it.
