A good plate of chicken rice where both the chicken and rice are good is rare. The last I remembered, I had a good plate of chicken rice in Phnom Penh. 🤔
Brother Cheng’s Chicken Rice — located within @picnic.sg at @wismaatria — hits all the right spots. Tender, flavourful chicken with aromatic bentong ginger chicken rice. I’m not a fan of rice but the chicken rice here is so fragrant, I finished the whole bowl of rice. I kinda like the soup too as it has silky tofu cubes in it. 😋
