The much raved about, Salted Egg Yolk Croissant from Flavour Flings.

Very fluffy and flaky crust which I like. As for the salted egg yolk fillings, I would prefer it to be more salty. A tad sweet for my liking, but nevertheless quite an experience and yum yum for the tum tum.
