Kakuni Style Pork Cheeks ($20) were simmered for 6 hours to become so fork-tender.
Dehydrated pineapple pavlova with vanilla ice cream & salted caramel all contained in a lovely meringue cake.
@Restaurant_Sela // another majorly successful main at Sela is the {Kakuni Style Pork Cheek}, a good alternative to the over-executed beef cheek more commonly found in restaurants these days.
on days like today when I feel like my body needs to detox from too much good (read: unhealthy) food, I'm dreaming of either a Caesar Salad (no, don't you remind me of how fattening the dressing is) or this Grilled Cauliflower Steak, Mushrooms, Olives with Romesco Sauce Cream from @restaurant_sela - the first/last time I went there was probably about 4ish months ago but I think it may be worth a revisit, even if it's just for this 😋 so anyway, I wanted to share with you guys a brand new app @holler.out which aims to promote merchants by word of mouth and you stand to get discounts when you patronize the selected merchants.
