🔸2018 La Ayam Parotta: $9.80
Lā Ayam Parotta means Pulled Chicken Prata. Lā means "拉 (Pull)" in Mandarin, Ayam means "Chicken" in Bahasa Melayu and Parotta simply means "Prata" in Tamil. They filled chicken prata with bell pepper, wong bok, and sambal, topped with mozzarella cheese.

🔸Red Bean Prata: $3.90
This is possibly my favorite prata from Springleaf! Thin, crispy, and sweet, such a nice way to end your meal.😋 To me this one is unique, because it tasted like Chinese pastries, but it’s actually made of prata dough.
