Mr Kneadys is a new spot for east-siders to get their hands on some pretty good sourdough! Located at The Bedok Marketplace, you'll find the young baker churning out these and talking to his steady stream of customers. 🙌

This was his funky experiment – cranberry turmeric sourdough (nabbed the last one too). It's actually pretty pleasant and not too overpowering. His sourdoughs tend towards softer crusts but they're great toasted and definitely suited towards the local palate. He's quite adventurous with his creations, I heard he's trying something with wasabi next. 🙈
