Oh so cheesy! That was my 1st initial thoughts! It's like Italian pizza except for the amazing chilli-garlic combo magic that you scoop onto the flat bread! That magic bright reddish-orange sauce nails the dish. You might think that it's spicy, but it isn't at all. Well balanced with a hint of coriander, you can't help but to have more of the slice flat-bread (which in fact, really you just want more of the chilli sauce). They should just sell the spiced sauce on the sideline, cause I am sure people would want to grab some on the go.
