Unagi Don Set ($27) - Just devoured a delicious unagi set in this hidden store located in international plaza.

A thick slab of unagi served with a great char and a slight crisp at the edges of its flesh. There was hardly any bones and it tasted really fresh, without any fishy taste.

tried a really interesting warm sake 🍶 that comes with Puffer Fish Fin!

it's not easy to find japanese restaurants in Singapore that serves up good tamago, much less piping hot ones, like the ones you get in Japan where you can sometimes even watch in awe as they flip flap flop the eggs layer after layer.
