I had the all in MHK ($5.50). The surprise was there was a wok hei taste, which I'm guessing is from the aroma oil but unsure how's that possible. The soup tasted porky and umami. The mhk was slightly thin but had a nice chewy doughy texture, that perhaps hint of the gluten developed in the dough that was used. The pork slices and meat were cooked nicely. The egg was runny.
After eating for a while, I felt like I needed some vinegar to cut through the richness of the soup and oil, looking for a braised mushroom or a sourish chili. The prawn and pork balls were unique but nothing to shout about.
Its a really unique bowl of mhk and there was a deliberate thought process. I do think there is room for improvement but the noodles and soup are exceptional. 4.5/5!
