First time trying ceviche so I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect or peg it too - but, I have to say I was pretty blown away by the explosion of flavours in the dish.

Largely tangy with a good amount of spice and perfectly paired with crispy tortilla and generous servings of seafood - definitely not to be missed!
