Jack’s Creek F1 Wagyu MS 4/5 Deckle: Tender and juicy steak, just the right doneness with a nice smokiness to it. Scampi butter & bordelaise both paired well with it. Substantial portion for 2 to share!
Eton Mess: Really blew me away, surprisingly my favourite dish. Sweetness from the cream and black forest chocolate balanced with sourness from the berries, with bits of meringue mixed in for added texture, cold and refreshing sorbet underneath and a bit of alcohol to elevate the taste - perfection in a cup!
