Tried out this the Earl Grey Waffles with Thai Milk Tea ice cream yet again, this time with good company last night @lespatisseries. The Earl Grey waffles was good as usual, crisp and fluffy with a subtle hint of earl grey fragrance. The Thai Milk Tea ice cream was good and strong on its own but a little too overpowering on the waffle. Maybe a pairing with lavender ice cream or something lighter might have been better?
