brown rice, lemon dill salmon, jalapeño, pickled onions, corn, sous vide egg, pesto

Very refreshing bowl of classic baked salmon and my favourite pesto! Everything came together well. The beef bowl was however pretty dry/not very flavourful. Will be back for more pesto with Beyond (before 3pm only)!
