I so loved this! Aside from your classic lettuce (iceberg and lollo rosa), it had red cabbage, alfalfa sprouts, pako, and my favorite arugula!! Dressed in honey ponzu, sprinkled with mango, cherry tomato, crispy tofu, quail egg, red raddish, shreaded red beets, and lots of shitake.
