[New, Matcha series, limited time] 🍵🍞Dreaming of these matcha bread series from Japanese bakery @asanoyasg Favourite has got to be the Matcha #Danish , each hand weaved with pronounced matcha flavour and hidden sweet notes from white chocolate inside the dough.

Matcha white chocolate cube is by far my favourite cube bread series at #Asanoya. Ask them to heat the matcha cube and you will get a nice flowing white chocolate centre once you cut it open.
Matcha salted egg #croissant. Sounds gimmicky but surprisingly the matcha actually worked quite well with salted egg. Lending a slight grassy earthy note, which otherwise could be too sweet a croissant. A daring good move though croissant itself is not the best flaky pastry I have eaten before.
