Two thumbs up for their brilliant service 👍👍 Last time we came here, we got burnt waffle, so as an apology Brotherbird invited us back again. Apparently at that time the waffle machine is faulty, and they have fixed everything now 😊

This 2nd round, we got S'mores Waffles with Goma soft serve($15) and their signature Mochi Doughnut with Houjicha soft serve($15). Waffle is so much better with crispy edges, but I prefer the Red Velvet variant in terms of topping. Marshmallow is a but too sweet for me, guilty as cream cheese addict 😝 I find the mochi doughnut texture very interesting. Chewy mochi inside deep fried doughnut dough, topped with corn flakes and azuki red bean.
Loving the soft serve flavor this month 😍 Both the roasted tea and black sesame flavor is well presented in the Houjicha and Goma. Do come while it's still available 😉 Each soft serve comes in a huge heap, better to share the dessert with your loved one 😁 They change the flavor frequently, like in every one or two months. Special for Christmas they will serve different flavor in each week of December 😆
