For the craft beer heads, there's a good curation of various styles from various countries, with many from local breweries. There's also a good selection from Hong Kong, where Chef Son hails from, with this being the only place in Singapore you can get a beer from Black Kite Brewery.

The Salted Plum Gose ($13) was tart and refreshing, bearing some resemblance to the classic Kiam Sng Ti Gose.
