Throwback to one of my favorite dishes at Alma. Diminutively portioned and yet it packed a punch with the melange of fruity, floral, and chocolaty flavours. The velvety purple curry was infused with cocoa and hibiscus, and was the perfect foil for the succulent, pink-fleshed game. The textural contrast between the crisp crust and juicy, tender meat was sheer delight.
