I'm a big fan of the folks at @kingscartcoffee and I was really excited to visit their revamped swanky Joo Chiat outlet! 😘
Unveiling a new menu lineup that features authentic Singaporean flavours, I was a little sad that our go-to 𝙏𝙞𝙜𝙚𝙧 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙣 𝘼𝙜𝙡𝙞𝙤 𝙊𝙡𝙞𝙤 🦐 is no longer on the menu...
But with change comes even better things... In the form of 𝙈𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙠𝙤 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙗𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙧𝙖 ($24.00) 🍝🇯🇵, a pasta dish I usually wouldn't order for such a steep price because most places offer a very basic combination that I could easily replicate at home by myself... 🤭😝
However, I can honestly say this dish was worth every cent! 😍♥️♥️ The smorgasbord of flavours from 𝑺𝒎𝒐𝒌𝒆𝒅 𝑩𝒂𝒄𝒌 𝑩𝒂𝒄𝒐𝒏 🥓, 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒎𝒆𝒔𝒂𝒏 𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒆𝒔𝒆 🧀, and 𝑴𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒌𝒐🐟 were bold yet melded together perfectly in a smooth, luscious sauce coating strands of flawlessly 𝘢𝘭 𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘦 𝑳𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒖𝒊𝒏𝒆 🍝.
Topped with a touch of 𝑭𝒖𝒓𝒊𝒌𝒂𝒌𝒆 🍙, 𝑵𝒐𝒓𝒊 🌊, and 𝑬𝒈𝒈 𝒀𝒐𝒍𝒌 🍳, every bite was a true foodie's delight.
And of course, I couldn't miss the main item here: Coffee!!! 😋☕♥️♥️♥️
𝙋𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙣 𝙎𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢 ($9.00) 🌿- Smooth, velvety 𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘥 𝘉𝘳𝘦𝘸 𝘊𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘦 ☕ with a dash of subtly sweet 𝘗𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘯-𝘪𝘯𝘧𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘊𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘮, it was a welcome treat away from the recent blistering heat.
𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙡 𝙇𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚 🍮($9.00) - The price of this cuppa has been steadily increasing over the years, and yet, I enjoy it so much that I keep returning again and again just for this drink alone... I guess that's the main reason why I keep coming back here, so please give this yummy coffee a try! 🤭🍮♥️♥️
