Had a really enjoyable meal at Market Bistro recently. We started with the hot honey chicken wings which were crispy with a sweet glaze and just enough heat to keep things interesting without being overwhelming. The beef stroganoff was proper comfort food, tender beef in a rich creamy mushroom sauce with real depth of flavour. For mains the steak frites with ribeye was the highlight, juicy and well-marbled with a great sear and crispy frites on the side. We wrapped up with the cheesecake which was smooth, creamy and not too heavy, a nice way to round off the meal.
