Egg-citing Japanese cafe located @Nex
With a menu that's all egg-related.

Honestly speaking, I love eggs. High hope for this newly open cafe at Nex mall serangoon.
Was told that all the eggs used in this cafe are "UV sterilizated" originated from Okinawa, Japan which are supposed to be healthier?

Varieties of choice are offered in the menu from Egg skewers omelettes to donburi, omu rice and even souffle pancakes.
Recommended to bring a few friends along to try out their Ala Carter menu.
PS: I brought along 5 others so I managed to order almost everything on the menu.

Ambience 3/10 (in the middle of walkway linking the escalator and link bridge, good location to attract crowds but not the best experience for diners)
